missingWrote a review on Dec 04hot tubunexpected chargeslack of clarity
The hot tub was a major highlight.
My experience was extremely frustrating. Upon check-in, I was charged for two nights upfront despite having a reservation for only one night, which the staff failed to clarify. This led to an unexpected charge of over $165, leaving me upset and under financial strain. I was promised services that simply weren't delivered, and it ruined my overall perception of the stay.

Staying at this hotel was fantastic! The indoor heated pool was a hit with the kids, and we all enjoyed an undersea adventure at the Tennessee Aquarium. The breakfast spread was impressive, with flavorful options like made-to-order waffles and a friendly staff member who went above and beyond to provide a great experience.
My wife says that the bedding could be softer for a more restful sleep.

missingWrote a review on Jun 01varied breakfastclean common areassqueaky beds
The breakfast spread offered multiple flavors of fruit smoothies, a welcome departure from typical hotel offerings. The common areas were clean and inviting, making it a comfortable place to unwind after a long day on the road.
The beds squeaked with every movement, which made it tough to catch some Z’s during my stay. Pillowcases had a plastic-like feel, not what you'd expect for comfort. There were issues with the breakfast area lights flickering, creating a somewhat unsettling atmosphere while I tried to enjoy my food. To top it off, the checkout experience left me feeling frustrated. there seemed to be a lack of clarity about billing issues, which didn't sit well with me, especially given budget concerns.

During my stay, I was thrilled to find that I could easily walk to nearby parks and restaurants, making my city explorations so much more enjoyable, and the staff here truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was to my liking with cheerful assistance throughout my visit. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the clean room and the comfortable spaces to unwind after a day of exploring, but it would be nice if the hotel communicated housekeeping options more clearly.
